About
Sarah Gibson is an associate professor in the Centre for Communication, Media and Society (CCMS), School of Applied Human Sciences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Sarah was also the Academic Leader of Teaching & Learning in the School of Applied Sciences from 2018-2021. Sarah previously worked at the University of Surrey and Lancaster University in the UK. She currently teaches Honours modules in Cultural Studies in Practice and supervises Honours, Masters and Doctoral students in the interdisciplinary field of Cultural Studies.
